Booking Information

How do I book?

 

Book online at www.thewillowsonline.co.uk .Please note we are not able to process Visa Electron (swipe card only) for online and telephone bookings. Full payment is required for online bookings.

Book by telephone on 0161 736 8541
(Opening hours 9am to 5.30pm) Monday to Friday. 11am - 4pm Saturdays.

Make a provisional booking for dining or non-dining parties for the show of your choice subject to availability.

How do I pay?

You can either pay the full amount or a deposit of £5 per person (£15 during festive season) within 14 days to secure the booking. Please note no monies are refundable including deposits.
If you have paid a deposit, then the Balance is due 14-21 days prior to the show. (28 days prior for Christmas bookings).

Please note full payment is required for online bookings.

Methods of payment

  • You can call in at the booking office between 9am and 5.30pm (Monday to Friday, Saturdays 11am - 4pm) and pay by cash, cheque or credit/debit card. We are currently open Tuesday, Wednesdays and Thursdays until 7pm.
  • Pay over the 'phone by credit/debit card
  • Send a cheque in the post along with the booking form (in the back of the brochure) clearly marking the show you are attending and your party name.
  • Book online and pay in full. We cannot process online bookings for deposit payments.

Please note cheques are to be made payable to 'The Willows Variety Centre Limited'.
There is a £1 booking fee per card payment.
