WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Dress Code: Smart casual wear. No sportswear or trainers permitted.
Fancy Dress welcome. Smart jeans permitted

If you are attending a privately booked party or event in a function suite (not cabaret/Saturday Night Live Event) this dress code does not apply.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Doors open to the Cocktail Bar from 7.00pm. The main Cabaret Room opens at 7:30pm and closes at 1.00am (closes at 12.30am on Sundays). At the Cabaret reception desk, our staff will show your party to your reserved table.

WHAT TIME IS DINNER?

Dinner orders are taken from 7.30pm to 8.45pm and are not required to be pre-ordered.

Vegetarian meals can be selected on the night.

Please advise of any specific medical dietary requirements in advance.

TAXIS?

A hackney cab taxi rank is situated outside the club entrance on Willows Road. For private hire taxi collections, please ask the taxi to arrive for 1.00am.

CAN I SET UP A BAR ACCOUNT?

The Willows waiters will take your bar/wine orders and drinks are payable as they are served. We do accept bar accounts by prior arrangement, payable on the night by cash/credit card.

WHAT CREDIT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Eurocard, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Electron, Switch, Solo, Access, JCB & American Express. We are not able to accept Visa Electron.

IS THERE A CLOAKROOM?

Yes. The cloakroom is situated in the foyer and on receipt of your coat a ticket will be given, which will be required when you collect your coat at the end of the evening. We request that overcoats are placed in the cloakroom.

IS THERE AN MINIMUM AGE RESTRICTION?

As licensed premises, all guests attending Cabaret Evenings must be aged 18 years and over.

IS THERE A CAR PARK?

Yes. The spacious car park is situated directly opposite the main entrance and accomodates 200 plus vehicles (cars and coaches). The car park is security patrolled throughout the evening and is FREE of charge.
