12. We are under no obligation to provide the ticket(s) to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after the confirmation page has been displayed and the online confirmation booking has been forwarded if such a pricing error is obvious and unmistakable.
13. We will use reasonable endeavours to notify you of the cancellation or re-scheduling of an event.
14. We are not responsible for any tickets that are lost or stolen.
15. The unauthorized use of photographic and recording equipment is prohibited.

Terms of Hire - Function Suites
Use of the Centre
· The use of the Centre and its facilities shall be at the discretion of the Centre Manager or another member of staff, authorised in his absence.
· All bookings shall be made through the Functions Department.
· The Centre Manager may cancel any booking deemed to be unsuitable for The Centre.
· The Centre will generally be available for booking between the hours of 7pm - 1am on a normal business day. This will vary on bank holidays and Sundays.
· All bookings must include any setting up time that is required.
Booking Terms
· Bookings will be subject to the hiring fees.
· For all bookings, a minimum deposit of £250 is required at time of booking and is non-refundable.
· If the hirer cancels the booking within 8 weeks of the date, all monies already paid will not be refunded.
· The balance payment must be made in full no later than 4 weeks before the event.
· If the Centre Manager cancels the booking at any time, all monies will be refunded.
· The hirer shall not make a booking on behalf of a third party or allow the booking to be used for anything not in keeping with the purpose and objectives of The Centre.
Care of the Centre
· The hirer shall be responsible for any damage or unsatisfactory state of the room at the end of the booking and shall be charged for any additional costs incurred by The Centre.
· All items brought onto the premises must be removed on departure. The Willows cannot be held responsible for any items not removed.
Health, Safety & Security
1. All evacuation routes, doors, emergency signage etc must be kept clear at all times
2. The Centre Manager will respond to all emergency situations, liaising with the emergency services as necessary.

All hirers shall be considerate of companies working within The Centre and other guests and behave accordingly.
Car parking is available for up to 200 vehicles
Neither the Centre, Centre Manager, or its staff can accept responsibility for loss or damage to the customer's property
No gaming, betting or lottery activities are allowed
Cannot be brought or sold on the premises by the hirer
The Centre must approve the fixing of display materials
No animals are permitted except guide dogs
Smoking
The Willows Variety Centre will become a no smoking venue on 1st July 2007
